Thai Oil Massage
The Thai oil massage is the most requested amongst my customers.
It incorporates a degree of feeling relaxed but with the benefits of a deep tissue massage.
I use a high quality oil combined with smooth flowing massage strokes which relieve any tension you may be feeling.
Movements are applied in the direction of the heart which increases blood flow and helps to release toxins from the muscles.

Thai Deep Tissue Massage
Deep tissue massage is a technique that focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissue.
It aims to release the chronic patterns of tensions in the body through slow strokes and deep finger pressure on the contracted areas either following or going across the fibres of the muscles, tendons and facia.
It can also help to break up scar tissue.
